Last updated 30 July 2026 · VENER.AI is a trading name of VENERAI LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom. Contact: hello@vener.ai. Plain English on purpose — if anything here is unclear, write to us and we'll explain it like a person.
Registering reserves your priority place and lets us write to you about the founding-families launch. That's all. You are never obliged to create a twin, and you can leave the list at any time by emailing us — we'll delete your details as described in the privacy notice.
We onboard founding families a handful at a time. Building and hosting a twin uses real computing power, so taking part involves a small cost contribution toward those resources — it isn't free, and we say so up front. The exact amount is stated in your invitation, before you pay anything or record anything. Ongoing access will be a simple subscription per twin. We will never show advertising or sell data — our costs are covered by families, only.
A twin is only ever built of a person who has recorded their consent, in their own words, as the first step of the interview. The platform enforces this technically: no recorded consent, no twin. If consent is withdrawn, the twin and its materials are deleted.
Interview recordings, letters, photographs and videos remain the property of you and your family. You grant VENERAI LTD only the licence needed to process them into a twin and host it for your family's use. Deleting a twin deletes everything derived from it — recordings, memories, voice — permanently.
A twin is a living memory made from what a person chose to record — not the person, and never presented as them. Its answers are grounded in their real recordings; where you ask what they would have said, it estimates from their recorded values and tells you it is estimating. During the pilot the software is provided with great care but as a work in progress, without warranties; we fix what fails and we tell you the truth about limitations.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If we update them, the current version lives at this address with its date at the top. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still stands. Questions, complaints, or anything else: hello@vener.ai.
